The Scottish Parliament: 129 MSPs

The Scottish Parliament meets at Holyrood in Edinburgh. Its members are called Members of the Scottish Parliament, or MSPs, and there are 129 of them. They are elected using a form of proportional representation, and the Parliament can pass laws on matters that are not reserved to the UK Parliament.
